If you’ve already been working on your singing and dancing in hopes of becoming a K-pop trainee, this programme’s for you! Join SM Universe’s K-pop Advanced five-day programme to hone your skills and take one step closer to your K-pop trainee dreams.

Designed and taught by K-pop industry veterans, the K-pop Advanced programme is a step up from our K-pop Basics programme. Register for both programmes, or take part in an online audition process to confirm your eligibility for K-pop Advanced.

Designed and taught by K-pop industry veterans, the K-pop Advanced programme is a step up from our K-pop Intermediate programme. We recommend signing up for both the Intermediate and Advanced programmes for the full experience this Dec.

Curriculum

Dance and
Body Training

  • Learn more advanced dance techniques mastered by K-pop trainees in entertainment companies
  • Get a firsthand experience of techniques to strengthen your core and get your body ready for high-intensity choreography with SM Universe trainers

Performance

  • Learn your best angles and how to work the camera through our special Photo Pose, Video Pose and Performance Acting classes, exclusive to SM Universe

Vocal and
Recording

  • Take your vocal skills to the next level with detailed vocal and recording classes conducted by K-pop industry experts 
  • Step into the studio for your first live K-pop recording session! 

Audition

  • Experience and participate in a mock K-pop trainee audition and receive personalised feedback from K-pop industry veterans
